Product Use and Limitations
Buyers and property owners are responsible for evaluating slip resistance and maintenance needs. Natural stones and engineered products—including Quartz, Quartzite, Granite, and Marble—are inherently variable due to natural formation or manufacturing processes. Washington Granite cannot be held liable for outcomes resulting from the use of these materials. No express or implied warranties are made regarding fitness for any specific purpose. Variations in appearance, color, shade, texture, hardness, and durability are natural and should be expected. Products may exhibit dry seams, pits, fossils, or other visual characteristics. In polished or honed finishes, surface voids may be filled during manufacturing or installation, and such fills may require maintenance over time.
Submitted samples are understood to represent natural or standard variations and are not considered product defects. Metal-accented mosaics are not recommended in high-moisture environments like showers, pools, spas, or outdoor areas. Washington Granite disclaims all liability following installation. For cleaning mosaic tiles, use a soft cloth with warm water or a mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, which may damage metal components.
Disclaimer of Warranty

Washington Granite shall not be liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or its materials.
Legal Jurisdiction
Use of this site is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal disputes must be resolved in the appropriate state or federal court in California.
Product Classification Notice
Classifications of natural stones such as Granite, Marble, Quartzite, and engineered Quartz follow general industry standards and may not reflect precise geological composition. For instance, stones labeled as granite may technically be other rock types like charnockite or conglomerates. Similarly, materials sold as marble may actually be limestone geologically. Washington Granite does not warrant geological composition; for customs or scientific classification, third-party testing is recommended.
Natural Stone Characteristics
Certain stones—including slate and sandstone—naturally contain iron and other minerals that may cause discoloration or rusting. Enhanced stones, such as polished pebbles, will age naturally and may change in color or sheen over time. These changes are part of the natural aging process and are not considered defects.
